Job Requirements:
We are inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Data Analytics
In this role, you will be responsible for Analytical thinking and problem-solving, Creating and publishing periodic and need-based management reports in a timely and accurate manner. Responsible to maintain a data repository; should be able to retrieve data quickly with limited mentorship. Analyze data provide recommendations to partners and Contribute to the improvement of reporting efficiencies and effectiveness
Responsibilities
• Interpreting data, and analyzing results using statistical techniques
• Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Create robust, reusable data querying, transformation, and visualization processes in Database and Excel
• Integrate multiple data sources into one visualization to tell a story
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Demonstrate analytics and visualization tools to present information in a way that drives fact-based decision making
• Develop analytical reports and represent large, complex sets of data through visual representation
Qualifications we seek in you!
Qualification:
• BE/ B.Tech, MBA
• Should have intermediate level of Supply chain Knowledge
Preferred qualifications
• Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (MS Excel, Business Object), databases (SQL, MS Access etc), programming (VBA, Python, R) and Data visualization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical thinking and problem solving abilities.
